Glo Up - Fitness with Alice

Getting to

know us...

Glo Up - Fitness With Alice provides group classes, personal training, programming, and fitness advice in a positive and caring way. Exercises are tailored to the individual's needs and, unlike many other fitness instruction groups, the core purpose of Glo Up - Fitness With Alice is NOT weight loss, but instead self acceptance.

Alice has been dancing since she was 3 years old and trained specifically in ballet, modern jazz and tap dance. She then moved on to study Musical Theatre Performance at the University of Chichester and graduated with a First Class Degree. To support her move towards a more fitness-based career, Alice also studied Fitness Instruction and is currently working towards her Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.


Alice has always had a passion for choreographing, teaching and leading which led to a keen and growing interest in fitness and coaching from the start of 2020 onwards. She hopes to share her love for movement and music with you.
